
I am a firm believer in health is wealth. I have been on my healthy keto journey for about 6 months and I no longer feel fatigued, groggy, and sleepy after a meal. I also find I have more energy for my workouts and I have maintained my weight loss. Now don't get me wrong, I still enjoy my cultural foods, I just use healthier ingredients and fats to make the same foods.
